Problem
As a new CRC in establishment mode, Solving Plastic Waste CRC wanted to have quarterly reporting available online as quickly as possible.
Solution
We delivered an authenticated branded portal for the community of project leaders to conduct their quarterly progress reports, supported with a approval process for the reports and individual milestones.
GANNT Charts for Commonwealth Milestones
Problem
The complexity of managing a portfolio of projects that have a direct shared connection to mission critical Commonwealth Milestones, means it is often difficult to understand the true status of these Milestones.
Solution
We developed a dynamic GANTT chart which shows the portfolio of projects and activities nested to these Milestones, showing both percentage completion, delivery status and due date.
