Our history

turnKeyCRC was created by Autism CRC to manage its obligations to the Cooperative Research Centres program run by the Australian Department of Science, Industry and Innovation. In 2017, this development led to the commercialisation of turnKey by providing a comprehensive, out-of-the-box software solution specifically designed for CRCs.

Our team has become fully conversant with the needs of research management within CRCs and beyond, and are now equipped to help all research organisations wanting to manage their portfolios with a 360 degree view of their data.

Product Owner

Wojciech Nadachowski serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Autism CRC. With a rich and varying background in operations and management, Wojciech has overseen dozens of Salesforce implementations, winning the State and National i-Awards for best Research and Development project for ASDetect in 2016. Wojciech developed turnKey in 2016 and continues to guide the turnKey product roadmap and client implementations.

Kamal is an engineer through and through, unable to rest when a problem remains unresolved. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering, Kamal’s education translates perfectly into the world of process driven software like turnKey. Through her work, Kamal has developed deep knowledge of turnKey and how it meets client needs. With that in mind, Kamal has embraced Salesforce’s suite of automation features to build a host of triggered processes, creating system efficiencies to reduce administrative workload.

Kathy cares a lot. With a nursing background, Kathy has brought her empathetic approach into the world of IT systems and support. Kathy has written nearly all of our help articles, delivers training, and provides one on one support to users. Kathy drove the design and development of the portal experience, built to lead external researchers through the processes of project development and progress reporting. Kathy’s focus has been to make it as simple as possible for project leaders to accomplish their tasks, having a passion for automating processes and pathways so they are clearer for all users, internal and external.

With a strong background in management consulting, optimising CRM systems, financial management and data analysis, Viviane plays a crucial role in enhancing turnKey implementations to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes. Since 2019, Viviane has spearheaded the rebuilding of financial reporting using turnKey to provide a range of financial insights at the click of a button.
